  • Post and update financial data into accounting systems and ledgers
  • Maintain organized filing of accounting records
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable and account reconciliations
  • Monitor outstanding balances and prepare payment schedules
  • Support in preparing financial reports, summaries, and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards
  • Coordinate with other departments for accurate financial data
  • Assist auditors during internal and external audits
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1+ years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well under supervision and within a team
