About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day service delivery, manage field teams, and ensure operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to balance client satisfaction with company policies and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise, coordinate, and support field technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Monitor daily schedules, assignments, and route plans to optimize productivity.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Review service reports and recommend improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle client concerns and provide prompt resolutions in coordination with the Operations Manager.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports to management.
  • Assist in the training, coaching, and performance evaluation of staff.
  • Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and safekeeping of company equipment, tools, and vehicles. Ensure accurate documentation of services rendered, materials used, and other operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Admin, HR, Finance, Sales) for smooth operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • College graduate in Business or Marketing fields is required for this position.
  • At least 2–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in operations, field service, pest control, facilities, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of scheduling and reporting tools is an advantage.
  • With driver's licence (preferred, especially if supervising mobile teams).
