Soliven’s Innovation and Strategy Department, you will play a key role in shaping the Group’s strategic direction and supporting the execution of its Corporate Transformation Roadmap—a 10‑year transformation initiative driving growth, innovation, and modernization across the company. You will work closely with the Associate Vice President for Innovation and Strategy, department heads, and project managers to develop corporate plans, track performance metrics, and generate business insights that guide executive decision‑making. The role combines strategic analysis, planning facilitation, and cross‑department coordination, making it ideal for professionals passionate about building systems that align business units with corporate goals. Your work will directly contribute to strategic reviews, business intelligence reporting, and project portfolio management, helping ensure that V.V. Soliven remains a forward‑looking, data‑driven, and innovation‑led real‑estate organization. Key Responsibilities A. Strategic Planning Support Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the annual corporate planning cycle, including strategic offsites, planning workshops, and mid‑year reviews. Support the development of the VV Soliven Corporate Roadmap, documenting strategic priorities, targets, and initiatives per business unit. Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for the AVP, Execom, and Mancom. Gather and analyze data from real estate, sales, construction, finance, and support units to inform strategic decisions. B. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Support the maintenance of the Corporate Scorecard and ensure timely submission of KPIs and performance data from departments. Assist in analyzing trends, variances, and performance drivers across the company’s strategic projects. Consolidate monthly and quarterly performance reports for presentation during management reviews. Monitor the implementation of department‑level action plans and follow up on deliverables. C. Corporate Strategy and Transformation Initiatives Provide analytical and coordination support to corporate transformation and modernization projects, such as system digitalization, organizational restructuring, or new business model testing. Assist in the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and cost‑benefit analyses for new projects or ventures. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure strategic projects stay aligned with corporate goals. Participate in innovation sprints, design thinking workshops, and project ideation sessions. D. Market and Industry Research Conduct research on real estate trends, competitor strategies, and market developments relevant to VV Soliven’s business direction. Provide insights on emerging technologies and innovation opportunities applicable to property development and housing markets. Support the development of benchmarking reports to guide strategic decision‑making. E. Departmental and Administrative Support Assist in organizing planning sessions, management reviews, and strategy workshops. Maintain an organized digital repository of strategic documents, reports, and project trackers. Support ad hoc research, analysis, and administrative requirements of the Innovation and Strategy Department. Technical Qualifications More than 3 years of Project Management Experience Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace Basic knowledge of strategy frameworks (SWOT, PESTEL, Balanced Scorecard, OKRs) Research, data analysis, and presentation skills Familiarity with real estate or construction business models is an advantage Exposure to business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus More than 2 years of creating management level reports (ManCom, ExeCom, BoD) About V.V.
