An E-Commerce Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the company’s online sales channels. This includes managing e-commerce platforms such as the company website and third-party marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee. The role involves setting KPIs, overseeing the product catalog, ensuring accurate listings, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth and engaging user experience that drives traffic, increases conversions, and achieves revenue goals.
The E-Commerce Manager collaborates closely with digital marketing teams to implement online campaigns, optimize SEO, and develop promotional strategies. They are also responsible for monitoring the customer journey to enhance site usability, personalization, and overall satisfaction. In addition, the manager ensures seamless order fulfillment by working with logistics and supply chain teams to manage inventory, deliveries, returns, and customer service efficiency.
Regular reporting and data analysis are key components of the role, enabling the E-Commerce Manager to evaluate performance, track key metrics, and identify growth opportunities. The position also requires staying updated on e-commerce trends and technologies, managing online partnerships, and leading a cross-functional team to continuously improve the company’s digital presence and competitiveness in the online market.
