Casino Marketing Lead – Philippines

Overview

Supports the planning and execution of campaigns that drive player acquisition, retention, and engagement for online casino offerings. Works with Creative and Media teams to coordinate bonuses, spins, and promotions for casino players. Focus on cross-promoting casino and slots to the existing sportsbook user base to increase cross-sell uptake.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a monthly casino marketing calendar aligned with planned promotions
  • Set up and coordinate casino-specific campaigns (e.g., free spins, cashback, VIP perks)
  • Design and deploy cross-sell strategies targeted to sportsbook users
  • Track promo results, player response, and basic bonus performance metrics
  • Support coordination with game providers for sponsored features and promotions
  • Ensure proper QA and compliance with brand and regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years direct experience working with online casino products (slots, table games, etc.)
  • Familiarity with bonus mechanics, player behavior, and promotional tools
  • Hands-on experience managing free spins, cashback, or mission-based rewards
  • Experience in cross-selling or upselling within a multi-product gaming environment
  • Bonus: Experience in an Operator-side role in an online casino environment
