We are actively looking for an Account Executive who excels at building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who can understand our clients\' needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction. The Account Executive will be working under the Account Management Team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a technology or software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaboratively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Handles engagements with current clients assigned by the Head of Account Management.
  • Leads post-sales activities in coordination with the Sales Team.
  • Works with the Sales Team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
  • Upsells products and additional features of the portal to all handled clients.
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains communication and good business relationships with clients.
  • Ensures the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to current client needs and objectives.
  • Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., Engineering Team, Marketing Team, Finance Team, Customer Support) to address current client needs.
  • Oversees client account management, including renewal of contracts and agreements, portal usage, and additional key contacts.
  • Schedules regular training sessions with clients to ensure they are well informed of our platform.
  • Helps to achieve overall business goals.
