2 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants The Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales team by gathering market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer insights directly from the field. The role ensuresthat sales requirements are communicated effectively to the Marketing team and thatappropriate marketing tools, programs, and collaterals are provided to support businessobjectives. The incumbent actively participates in trade marketing initiatives, promotions, andevents to strengthen brand presence and enable sales growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with sales representatives in the field to gather customer feedback,competitor insights, and market trends. Consolidate and relay field data to the Marketing team to support the development of strategies and programs. Assist in the execution of trade marketing activities, field promotions, and events incoordination with Sales. Facilitate the distribution of marketing collaterals, product information, and promotionalmaterials to sales teams. Ensure that all sales support tools and marketing initiatives are aligned with brandguidelines and standards. Identify potential local community partners, dealers, associations, or groups while onfield. Capture opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, or co-branded activities. Provide feedback to Marketing Manager on what partnerships may benefit sales orbrand awareness. Track and report the effectiveness of field activations, campaigns, and promotions. Maintain updated knowledge of products, promotions, and competitor activities tobetter support sales personnel. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing market findings, campaign results, andcustomer insights. Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including documentation,logistics, and coordination. Participate in marketing activities, field visits, and events as required. Perform other related responsibilities as may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing support, trade marketing, or sales-related roles (fresh graduates with internship experience may also be considered). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Sales andMarketing teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to organize and present market insights. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM or reporting tools is anadvantage. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as part of sales and marketing collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
