Overview

As an Operations Excellence Analyst Intern , you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our project delivery processes. You will work closely with experienced project managers and analysts, gaining hands-on experience in identifying areas for improvement, analyzing data, and supporting the implementation of best practices. This internship offers a valuable learning experience in project management methodologies, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Rotate through divisions of responsibility and provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
  • Accept designated, business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
  • Learn and become proficient on internal software systems.
Qualifications and Expectations
  • Internship position with exposure to project management practices, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Willingness to research and present ideas and solutions and to work with cross-functional teams.
