Overview Workflow Management Senior Manager - LCS Implementation - MCM Reserve. Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines (onsite consideration as applicable). We manage the setup and implementation of high visibility, complex advertising campaigns for Platinum, Titanium and Gold customers. As the Senior Manager for the workflow, you will lead a global team of digital marketing associates, team leads and managers delivering campaign implementation related services across YouTube, Google.com and other platforms. Responsibilities Lead a global team of digital marketing associates, team leads and managers delivering campaign implementation related services Provide leadership at a site and program level, represent the workflow in various forums and demonstrate strong thought leadership Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders, support strategic initiatives and provide trusted, actionable insights Provide regular coaching and mentoring to managers and team leaders, conduct skip sessions to guide and motivate teams Ideate and lead cross-functional and cross-site projects to improve productivity, quality, CX and other parameters; identify and drive scalable efficiencies across programs Manage multiple complex responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and leadership skills Deep dive, perform root cause analyses and develop remediation strategies for DSATs, escalations and/or makegoods; act as POC during exigencies Maintain a strong customer experience throughout the customer journey and continuously build capabilities to better serve customers Ensure seamless assimilation for any new product/process changes and proactive SLA management Maintain rigorous performance standards while upholding GOC values and policies Minimum Qualifications Excellent understanding of Google Ads ecosystem including campaign trafficking, optimization or troubleshooting of Search, Display and Video campaigns Deep knowledge of various online advertising campaigns and pricing models (e.g., Pay per click, Cost Per Thousand Impressions, Cost Per View, Cost Per Acquisition) Minimum 12-15 years of IT/BPO/ITES and more than 7 years of digital advertising industry experience Supervisory experience of managing large teams is mandatory; experience as a manager of managers is preferred Strong experience in client relationship and team management Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) and exceptional interpersonal skills Ability to quickly identify issues and provide recommendations Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key partners Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Benefits Competitive wages with comprehensive health care including medical, dental and vision coverage Family support with gender-neutral parental leave, 18-week birth-parent maternity leave, and generous life, accident and disability insurance minimums Onsite employees may enjoy free meals and snacks and onsite experiences Information collected as part of the Google Operations Center (GOC) jobs profile and any job applications is subject to GOC's Applicant and Candidate Privacy Policy.
