This position is an excellent fit for a college graduate with an interest in recruiting, customer service, public relations, advertising, or marketing. Booking Agents work in a FUN, fast-paced environment and harness the power of our cutting-edge technology.

• Working with assigned customers to select the best staff for each assignment (examples include tradeshows, conventions, in-store sampling events, sporting events, experiential marketing campaigns, special events, and more).
• Recruiting, enrolling, and training promotional staff over the phone and via email.
• Booking and managing the chosen promotional staff for assignments nationwide.
• Evaluating/recording/processing all promotional staff after completion of each assignment.
• Building lasting relationships with clients and talent.

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher strongly preferred
• Ideally 2-5+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and impeccable attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or equivalent Google software
• Ability to communicate effectively over phone and email
• Reliable, determined, and self-motivated
• Open availability is required; standard office hours are Mon–Fri 8am–5pm Eastern Time, with follow-up outside office hours as needed
