Location:Onsite, Manila, Philippines, Asia About the Hiring Company Our client is a leading organization within the online gaming and digital entertainment industry. The company is known for its data-driven approach, commitment to compliance, and focus on delivering high-quality player experiences across regulated markets. Job Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, SEO, and ASO. Manage paid social, search, display, and media buying to achieve CPA, ROI, and FTD targets. Oversee retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize player conversion. Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives for efficiency. Use A/B and multivariate testing to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS. Collaborate with the BI team to ensure campaign attribution and reporting accuracy. Manage and allocate performance marketing budgets efficiently across channels. Deliver against acquisition KPIs including CPA, FTDs, active players, and ROI. Prepare forecasts, pacing, and monthly or quarterly spend versus ROI reports. Work closely with Product Managers to align campaigns with player journey improvements. Partner with CRM teams to design seamless acquisition-to-retention strategies. Collaborate with Content and Creative teams for ad copy, landing pages, and visual assets. Ensure all campaigns comply with PAGCOR and other market regulations including AML, KYC, and responsible gaming guidelines. Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all digital performance channels. Manage relationships with agencies, affiliates, ad networks, and platform representatives such as Google, Meta, and TikTok. Negotiate media deals and explore new channels to diversify acquisition sources. The Successful Candidate 5 years of experience in performance marketing within iGaming Proven track record in delivering acquisition and ROI goals. Strong understanding of online gambling regulations and advertising restrictions in Asia. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and programmatic platforms. Good understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and customer funnels. Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad messaging. Highly data-driven, ROI-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
