Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across the Rooms, Kitchen, Restaurants, Bar & Events, Engineering, and Security departments.
  • Report directly to the General Manager and ensure departmental alignment with budget goals, guest service standards, safety protocols, and maintenance requirements through effective leadership and supervision.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the Business Plan, Marketing Plan, Budget, and Management by Objectives programs to consistently achieve optimal guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Coordinate functions and activities with the General Manager and Colleagues as needed.
  • Assume appropriate responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager and keep them informed of any significant developments.
  • Engage with guests and external stakeholders, including current and potential clients, corporate executives, company representatives, community leaders, government officials, travel industry professionals, suppliers, competitors, and other members of the local community.
  • Ensure the highest level of service standards through close supervision of department heads.
Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of progressive experience in hotel operations.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in forecasting and budget management.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
