General objective of the job: The Order to Cash Specialist, also known as the Sales and Administrative Coordinator, provides sales and organizational support to a sales and marketing team. This role will track orders, process paperwork, maintain the customer database, ensure products or services are delivered on‑time, manage orders, and keep financial documents in order. It also handles customer questions, requests, and complaints. This position will support Chemrez Technologies LLC based in the US, working the night shift and can work remotely. Coordinate Sales & Order Processing Assists customers by providing product information, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns to enhance customer satisfaction. Processes sales orders, including order entry, invoicing, and tracking, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Assists the sales team in coordinating meetings, appointments, and sales‑related events. Financial Management Prepares financial documents such as purchase orders, payment requests, and expense reimbursement forms. Assists in preparing financial reports, summaries, and presentations for management review. Keeps financial records, including invoices, receipts, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Logistics Management Arranges and coordinates shipments of products, materials, or documents to customers, suppliers, or other locations. Assists in managing logistics operations, including coordinating with shipping carriers, tracking shipments, and ensuring on‑time delivery. Prepares and processes shipping documents, such as bills of lading, shipping labels, customs forms, and certificates of origin. Customer Relationship Communicates with customers to ensure order fulfillment, resolve issues, and provide post‑sales support. Assists in providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Follows up with customers after interactions or purchases to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding issues. Marketing Helps gather information on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support sales and marketing strategies. Collaborates with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, including tracking campaign performance and reporting results. Gathers and analyzes customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service improvements and support marketing strategies. Qualifications Required Education: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting Graduate, or any related field of study. Experience: 3‑5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Good customer relation skills. Good oral and written communication. Can communicate with all levels in the organization.
