About the Role We are looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to support our client’s enterprise billing operations. This role will be responsible for manual invoicing, billing data validation, reconciliation, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service to both internal stakeholders and customers. Duties and Responsibilities Manually submit billing for professional services sales orders, billable time, and travel charges Generate and correct invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Update and manage billing contact records for efficient communication Process billing address/email changes, invoice delivery setups, and investigate customer inquiries or undelivered invoices Conduct regular billing data error checks and reconciliation reports Prepare special monthly customer reports (e.g. consolidated billing summaries) Review and validate invoices for census, partners, and non‑standard billing items data checks and template clean‑up for 3rd‑party print vendors Document and elevate system issues/bugs, recommend improvements and coordinate with technical teams Submit billing‑related cases to Account Services and requests to Enterprise Application teams Document new processes and maintain up‑to‑date procedure manuals Respond to billing requests and inquiries from staff across departments Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional groups to ensure timely and accurate billing Perform other assigned functions as needed in a dynamic work environment Qualifications Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Direct billing experience in a large or complex organization Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, look‑ups) and proficiency in MS Office High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem‑solving ability Customer service mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Willingness to work outside regular hours for month‑end or strategic initiatives Willing to work on a graveyard schedule aligned with US hours , with potential shifting shifts depending on business needs System Requirements Computer Processor: Intel 8th generation or newer/AMD Ryzen 2000 series or newer Memory/RAM: 16 GB Computer OS: Windows 11 and future enterprise operating systems Storage: 500 GB SSD Primary Internet Connection: must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 5 Mbps for backup connection) Extra Monitor Microsoft Office License #J-18808-Ljbffr
