Participate in developing plans for continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.

Recommend and implement efficiency-enhancing measures to maximize equipment performance.

Establish corrective actions to address urgent problems and prevent recurrence.

Coordinate with maintenance staff to organize equipment replacements or upgrades.

Evaluate new technologies and suggest improvements to enhance overall equipment effectiveness. Manage plant automation changes.

Assist the Maintenance Lead in overseeing the maintenance budget, prioritizing urgent repairs to optimize spending.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and legal requirements, staying updated on relevant regulations.

Handle project engineering design and implementation for capital and maintenance projects, providing support to engineers and contractors.

Implement maintenance pillars and levels.

Conduct analysis of electrical parameters such as amps and voltage to identify abnormalities.

Manage asset information and oversee reactive, preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance schedules.

Assess business risks, monitor asset condition, and manage spare parts inventory.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
