About the role

Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a new challenge? Job Solutions Manpower Agency, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Bataan, Bulacan, Laguna, Zambales. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the proactive maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform maintenance and repairs on various machinery and equipment.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, and carry out necessary repairs.
  3. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
  4. Collaborate with the operations team to identify and address potential problems before they arise.
  5. Ensure a safe working environment by following all relevant health and safety protocols.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance to other members of the team as required

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment
  2. Strong technical skills and a good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  3. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  6. Good communication and teamwork skills
  7. Certification or training in a relevant trade or technical discipline is preferred
