Job Summary:

The functional scope of this role is strategic learning management, needs assessment, learning design, content development, material development, training delivery, training quality assurance, performance management, career development, project management, budget management, and program administration while performing other related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioral science, business administration (human resources management or management major), or relevant allied fields. Master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology or MBA is an advantage, but not preferred.
  • Proven capabilities with at least four-year working experience in a management role; at least three-year proven performance record as specialist in adult learning and growth management and blended programs, or equivalent in reputable and upscale food and beverage brands in the Philippines; experience in 4-5 star full service hotels, pre-opening and business startup F&B operations training and quality assurance, growth and expansion project assignments will be highly regarded.
  • Basic knowledge of the ADDIE and other instructional design models, mastery of adult learning principles and relevant theories, performance management and learning systems, Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in MOA Complex, Pasay City.
