Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets. Provide coaching and guidance to team members, fostering their professional development. Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for enhanced results. Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to ensure seamless operations and optimal customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of team metrics and individual performance, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in BPO sales as a Team Lead or an equivalent role. Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written. Strong computer literacy and tech-savviness. Willingness to work ON-SITE at our Bacolod office on Lacson Street.
