Description of Responsibilities  Lead, coordinate, and oversee all project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.  Collaborate and communicate effectively with architects, general contractors, and direct clients (homeowners) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations.  Develop and manage project plans, including manpower scheduling, resource allocation, and site preparation.  Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.  Provide leadership in managing teams, including installers and contractors, ensuring they adhere to project schedules and quality standards.  Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders.  Maintain a high level of commitment to project goals, ensuring that client needs are met or exceeded. Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field.  Proven experience in high-end residential construction project management.  Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills (specially when engaging with architects and clients.  Ability to manage manpower, schedules, and site activities like a pro. Location: Greenhills, San Juan Working Schedule : 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Saturday) Project Manager to Senior Project Manager (40k-60k)
