Sales Officer with HRIS SaaS Sales experience Dempsey Resource Management is recruiting a Sales Officer with HRIS SaaS sales experience. Job Description Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning solution sales strategies Work through leads to Sales on CRM Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers Enhance the company’s branding by increasing visibility, awareness and engagement in various online platforms and/or offline channels Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfaction Qualifications Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients Good communication and presentation skills Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive IT and HR background is a plus ONSITE Monday to Friday Saturday WFH but with partial flexi time 7am to 10am Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Human Resources Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
