Straive Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Regulatory Compliance Specialist (EHS) Straive Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines A Regulatory Compliance Specialist begins their day by reviewing their workload to prioritize the items that need to be addressed. Workload is assigned two months in advance, providing ample time to plan tasks and related activities. Phone interaction with regulatory agencies and customers is expected each day as needed. Multi‑tasking is required to handle varied disclosure workloads, internal process improvements, and client/agency interactions via phone or email. Job Responsibilities: Timely, accurate completion of applicable customer deliverables Self‑monitoring of regulatory workload tasks on a daily basis Monitoring and maintaining the Compliance Calendar™, ensuring all workload tasks are completed per job responsibilities Participate in development and implementation of regulatory quality and process improvement initiatives Tracking and maintaining applicable customer data in various software platforms and hard‑copy forms Provide support and guidance to customers within defined processes and procedures Interact with local, state and federal agencies regarding disclosure requirements and applicable regulations as needed (no prior experience required for this responsibility) Maintain Regulatory Location Documents in the Regulatory Module Complete any special projects or other duties, as applicable Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation Qualifications: Two or more years of experience in an EHS related field preferred Cursory knowledge of 40 CFR and International Fire Code regulations preferred Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office suite Highly motivated, organized, and excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Detail oriented and able to multi‑task to meet standard response times and daily deadlines Ability to work independently and collaboratively Forward thinking and ability to develop skill sets to accommodate business needs Ability to review, interpret and summarize federal, state and international compliance regulations 2+ years of experience in an EHS related field preferred Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Straive by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
