Responsibilities
  • I. Regulatory Monitoring & Research: Monitor regulatory changes; proactively track and review new laws, regulations, circulars, advisories, and guidelines issued by regulatory bodies. Conduct regulatory research on specific compliance issues or regulatory requirements as directed by senior compliance officers or management. Summarize regulatory updates and their potential impact on the company’s operations, policies, and procedures.
  • II. Regulatory Reporting & Documentation: Assist in regulatory report preparation; gather, validate, and organize data required for accurate and timely submission of various regulatory reports to the BSP. Maintain compliance documentation and manage regulatory correspondence with regulatory bodies and other government agencies.
  • III. Policy & Procedure Support: Assist in policy development and updates; support the development, review, and update of internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls to align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • VII. General Administrative & Ad-hoc Duties: Maintain compliance databases/systems; prepare presentations and reports on compliance metrics, and participate in special projects as assigned.
