Regulatory Compliance Manager

This role supports the Regulatory Compliance Head and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in ensuring adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements from the BSP, AMLC, and PDIC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, review, and disseminate regulatory issuances
  • Track and coordinate regulatory report submissions across business units
  • Assist with compliance reporting to internal and group committees
  • Support communication with regulators (BSP, AMLC, PDIC, SEC)
  • Participate in compliance reviews and BSP examinations
  • Maintain accurate records and regulatory filings
  • Act as alternate DCORO when needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any field)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in banking compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine banking regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail, ethics, and sound judgment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven integrity and professionalism
  • Good standing in industry/professional circles
  • Ability to manage regulatory risks and build internal trust
