Responsibilities- Process timesheet for payroll
- Monitor and process employee's company and government requirements and benefits
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level
- Assist the HR Head in organizational and space planning and analyses
- Collaborate with the HR Head to compile data for performance management and improvement programs
- Participate in the implementation of regulatory compliance and reporting
- Contribute to policy development and documentation
- Support programs for employee relationship management
- Contribute to the development and smooth flow of company–employee communication
- Adhere to and assist in facilitating programs for employee safety, welfare, and wellness education
- Monitor formats and quality standards
- Utilize and manage HR software to collect and organize information from hiring through the employee life cycle (including onboarding, compensation, and culture building)
- Participate in meetings with management
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as HR Staff
- Experience processing government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG
- High level of integrity
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels
- Creative ability and writing proficiency
- Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced, team environment
- Adaptability and ability to adjust priorities as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
- Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (at least Pentium processor and 8 GB RAM)
- Headset: Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
- Connectivity: Minimum of 10 Mbps
- Software: Microsoft Office, PDF reader, AnyDesk, Google Drive, Skype
- Work-from-home
