What You’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion for leading, mentoring, and coaching? Are you looking for an opportunity to learn more about the industry, gain management experience, and work with an iconic brand? In this role, you’ll support and motivate your team to meet client goals, answer associate questions, resolve issues, and handle customer escalations, all while ensuring a quality customer experience. You’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive work environment, meeting client needs, and recognizing excellent performance.

Reporting Structure

You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Service Delivery. We seek a leader who can encourage and motivate the team to resolve issues, achieve goals, and support career development.

A Typical Day
  1. Improve key success metrics such as Customer Satisfaction Score, Service Level Goals, and Quality Goals.
  2. Coach associates to meet company and client objectives, address employee issues, and coordinate training on relevant information.
  3. Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, monitor team attendance and absence.
What You Bring to the Role
  • At least 1 year of call center or equivalent experience.
  • A performance-driven mindset and a drive for excellence.
  • Ability to support your team with the necessary tools and systems.
  • Mentoring and inspiring skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for reporting purposes.
