Position Summary The Human Resource Officer is responsible for performing a variety of HR functions to support Evercon’s workforce, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities Post job openings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Handle onboarding process, including orientation and documentation. Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally and confidentially. Assist in handling disciplinary cases, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and 201 files. Monitor attendance, leaves, and prepare summaries for payroll processing. Drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and labor standards. Support performance evaluation cycles and documentation. Provide feedback support and ensure timelines are met. Plan and execute company events, recognition programs, and employee activities. Expect field work from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the construction or industrial sector Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information Recruiting • Compensation and Benefits • Payroll • Excellent Communication Skills • Talent Acquisition • People Management • Talent Management • Employee Relations • Attention to Details • Human Resource Planning Warning If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
