Overview This is a remote, full-time Content Coordinator - Virtual Assistant role based in the Philippines. You will support daily operations for news interviews, commercial shows, and client deliverables, collaborating with producers, content creators, and clients to manage workflows, upload content, and maintain a consistent online presence across platforms. Responsibilities Upload and manage video content on YouTube and social media. Create thumbnails, captions, and posts using Canva and AI tools. Prepare rundowns, scripts, and web articles from interviews or shows. Handle paid clip requests and deliverables within the set timeframe. Coordinate pre- and post-production tasks for commercial video shoots. Schedule and publish content across WordPress, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Maintain organized files, folders, and naming conventions. Provide daily progress updates and communicate any blockers. Ensure checklists, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 100% of assigned tasks completed daily Zero missed uploads or deliverables Timely delivery of all paid and commercial content Consistent communication and reporting Requirements Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in media, broadcast, or digital content production. Familiarity with YouTube, Canva, WordPress, Google Workspace, and social media scheduling tools. Strong understanding of video production workflows, social media trends, and digital publishing. Excellent written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Prior experience supporting Australian media, marketing, or creative teams (desirable). You will be expected to maintain professionalism and accountability, as you would in an office environment. Requirements for work discipline Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible). Use of time tracking software during work hours. Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON. Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift. Treating this as a long-term, full-time job – not a side gig or freelance task. Payroll is processed bi-monthly. We’re looking for someone who values structure, is dependable, and thrives in a role that provides consistency and clarity. Benefits Monthly Salary: Php 35,000 Salary paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th/31st Overtime and Philippine public holidays compensation Probation: 6 months with leave credits (10 days annual, 5 days sick) HMO offered after 6-month probation Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days Annual salary review Laptop provided after 30 days Permanent work-from-home role; you must use your own internet Shift times: 5 AM to 2 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr
