MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Support the growth of GI Motor business by performing pricing processes adherent to AXA’s Product Pricing guidelines. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: ➢Recommends assumptions appropriate for new and existing products.➢Develops pricing models consistent with product features and assumptions.➢Generates profitability and sensitivity results and analyzes key product risks.➢Recommends premium rates for new and existing products that are aligned with AXA’s product standards and profitability requirements.➢Provides technical support for product initiatives and campaigns.➢Provides assistance in product design changes to increase market competitiveness.➢Monitors profitability and key risks of AXA’s product portfolio and recommends repricing or product pull-out if required. KEY STAKEHOLDERS: 1. Internal (not limited to): ➢Distribution, Underwriting, Reinsurance, Actuarial Reserving, Finance, Claims, Risk Management2. External (not limited to): ➢International Markets, Insurance Commission, Distribution Partners ➢Graduate of BS Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or related courses➢Near Associate or Associate level of a recognized actuarial institute➢At least 2 to 5 years of work experience in GI Motor pricing required➢Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills➢Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and customers➢Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required, ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience➢Highly proficient in MS Office Applications➢With exposure to any programming language or statistical software (VBA, SQL, Power BI, R, Python).➢Preferably with actuarial software experience (Akur8, ResQ, Prophet, AXIS, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
