Main Purpose Of The JobSupport the growth of GI Motor business by performing pricing processes adherent to AXA’s Product Pricing guidelines.Key AccountabilitiesRecommends assumptions appropriate for new and existing products. Develops pricing models consistent with product features and assumptions. Generates profitability and sensitivity results and analyzes key product risks. Recommends premium rates for new and existing products that are aligned with AXA’s product standards and profitability requirements. Provides technical support for product initiatives and campaigns. Provides assistance in product design changes to increase market competitiveness. Monitors profitability and key risks of AXA’s product portfolio and recommends repricing or product pull-out if required. Key StakeholdersInternal (not limited to): Distribution, Underwriting, Reinsurance, Actuarial Reserving, Finance, Claims, Risk Management External (not limited to): International Markets, Insurance Commission, Distribution Partners Graduate of BS Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or related courses Near Associate or Associate level of a recognized actuarial institute At least 2 to 5 years of work experience in GI Motor pricing required Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and customers Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required, ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience Highly proficient in MS Office Applications With exposure to any programming language or statistical software (VBA, SQL, Power BI, R, Python).
