Main Purpose Of The Job
Support the growth of GI Motor business by performing pricing processes adherent to AXA’s Product Pricing guidelines.
Key Accountabilities

  • Recommends assumptions appropriate for new and existing products.
  • Develops pricing models consistent with product features and assumptions.
  • Generates profitability and sensitivity results and analyzes key product risks.
  • Recommends premium rates for new and existing products that are aligned with AXA’s product standards and profitability requirements.
  • Provides technical support for product initiatives and campaigns.
  • Provides assistance in product design changes to increase market competitiveness.
  • Monitors profitability and key risks of AXA’s product portfolio and recommends repricing or product pull-out if required.
Key Stakeholders
  • Internal (not limited to):
  • Distribution, Underwriting, Reinsurance, Actuarial Reserving, Finance, Claims, Risk Management
  • External (not limited to):
  • International Markets, Insurance Commission, Distribution Partners
  • Graduate of BS Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or related courses
  • Near Associate or Associate level of a recognized actuarial institute
  • At least 2 to 5 years of work experience in GI Motor pricing required
  • Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and customers
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required, ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Applications
  • With exposure to any programming language or statistical software (VBA, SQL, Power BI, R, Python).
  • Preferably with actuarial software experience (Akur8, ResQ, Prophet, AXIS, etc.)
