This is done through the modeling of architecture, hardscape and topography based on client supplied collateral. Ideal candidates are familiar with Architectural Drawings and are able to refine the model based on details within these drawings. While not required, a background as a 3D Artist with familiarity with 3dsMax and Corona Renderer is preferred. WHY WE WANT YOU We are looking for impact-driven individuals who are passionate about ArchViz and the future of the Digital Frontier. WHY WILL YOU DO Your primary duty is to deliver clean Revit and/or Sketchup models for our 3D Artists. This will be done via: Modeling architectural massing in Sketchup based off client provided CAD/Drawings Modeling site hardscape and topography in Sketchup based on client provided CAD/drawings Optimizing client supplied Models Conforming to our Modeling Standards Providing the team with clean import files.
