Overview

Main purpose of the role: To ensure that Associated Cleaning Services Pty Ltd generate sufficient leads and prospects for future sales.

Occupational Health, Safety & Environment
  • Zero injuries regime and mindset is in place, continuously monitored and reinforced.
  • Any work related incidents and accidents are reported, investigated and addressed in strict compliance with statutory, company and client requirements and timeframes at all times.
  • Any Workcover requirements are satisfactorily addressed within nominated timeframes at all times.
  • Assist with communication and Health and Safety education and awareness.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Associated Cleaning Services Pty Ltd’s marketing and communications efforts by developing organisational strategies and budgets, coordinating the execution of associated actions and overseeing the integration of this work with other key areas of the business.
Measures
  • Marketing plan is created, followed and updated
  • Marketing budget is managed, updated and adhered to
  • Relevant staff are engaged in planned marketing activity
  • Oversee the execution of the brand to a high and consistent standard, including values, visual representation and positioning
Style, Templates and Content
  • Develop an updated Style Guide
  • All templates, online content and printed materials bearing the logo and brand are of a suitable standard and approved by the Marketing Manager
  • Oversee the production of print and collateral, graphic design and advertising outputs as required
  • Oversee the management of sales leads within the organisation’s database and direct sales staff on the use and maintenance of this system for lead generation purposes
Sales and Campaigns
  • Sales staff are aware and following the defined standards for entering and managing information
  • Develop campaigns, collateral and systems to support organisational objectives including Contract Sales, Specialist + Periodic Sales, Client Retention and Cleaner Attraction and Retention; guide staff on implementation and training resources
  • Project deliverables are met within agreed timeframes and budgets
  • Staff are engaged and informed of materials, campaigns and processes
  • Lead generation metrics and online channels (website, SEO, PPC) support sales goals
Online and Content Marketing
  • Drive online traffic and acquire sales leads using the organisation’s website, SEO and PPC strategies
  • Produce content for digital presence and support social media use to achieve sales and marketing goals
  • 1 blog article per month; regular social media posts; staff are confident in social media use for lead generation
  • Coordinate quarterly Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey to gauge customer satisfaction
Administrative and Culture
  • Complete general administrative duties
  • Build strong team member relationships; consult and collaborate with coworkers; participate in team activities
  • Contribute to a positive, fun and productive organisational culture and plan culturally focused staff activities
People Management and Performance Management
  • Oversee the workload and productivity of temporary staff engaged to assist with marketing-related activities
Business Development

Nil

Financial Management
  • Monitor the organisation’s marketing budget
  • Work with Finance to coordinate payment of all suppliers engaged
Financial Measures
  • Marketing budget is adhered to
  • Invoices for marketing suppliers are provided to Finance in a timely manner
Stakeholder Relationships
  • The Marketing Manager reports to the General Manager and maintains strong relationships with Directors, sales staff and other management staff
Essential
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a marketing or communications leadership role
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or other relevant areas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing and implementing effective marketing, communications, media and public relations strategies
  • Experience managing websites, including development of website content
  • Experience using social media and networking tools to support traditional marketing and communication methods
  • Experience overseeing the production of professional standard print and softcopy marketing materials
  • Sound administrative and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to operate in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated autonomy and ability to work alongside other team members as required
  • Commitment to quality, innovation and continuous improvement
