Job Description

Effectively communicate through phone calls, texts, chats, and e-mails. Continuously follow up with pending inquiries. Document voice messages. Take accurate notes during initial intake calls. Collect and enter leads and clients' information into the case management system.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Contact potential clients and establish rapport.
  2. Interview and meet with current and potential clients to address case-specific concerns, gather case facts, and review case documents.
  3. Conduct client interviews with empathy and compassion.
  4. Monitor all inquiries via email, internet, phone, and referrals.
  5. Update logs and reporting systems accurately to reflect the status of potential clients.
  6. Evaluate inquiries for case fit and ensure clients feel heard.
  7. Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls with prospective clients.
  8. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and outside parties as requested by attorneys.
  9. Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to new cases and database maintenance.
  10. Update and organize case files daily for easy access.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a legal setting, with medical or personal injury experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Committed to providing a stress-free legal experience for clients.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, document accurately, and stay self-accountable.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and diplomacy when handling confidential information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
