OverviewRole Overview
The HR Advisor is responsible for supporting execution of core employee human resource processes, along with supporting management of company and government mandated benefits.
Responsibilities- Support the execution of core HR processes in supporting employee lifecycle including annual compensation cycle and annual performance reviews.
- Coordinate with all government-mandated benefits administration and maintain compliance with all relevant agencies, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Act as the point of contact for employees regarding their benefits, handling queries and assisting with claims.
- Manage employee engagement and employee relations as required in partnership with HR BP
- Manage onboarding of new employees, including distribution of welcome packs, site and function introductions and welcome emails.
- Manage offboarding processes, including termination letter, accrued annual leave, calculation, tax clearance and exit interviews.
- Prepare monthly/ad-hoc reporting and fulfil all statutory reporting requirements
- Provide support for HR-driven projects and programmes, including implementation in Philippines Centre.
- Other projects or duties as assigned
- Previous experience in HR including maintenance of employee files and data
- Skilled in Microsoft applications Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc)
- Maintain a sound knowledge of Philippines employment registrations, good knowledge of application of work passes for expatriates
- Assertive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as great sense of ownership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using an HRIS, preferably WorkDay
