Overview

Join Novonesis as a Regional Marketing Manager - Animal Biosolution. Our purpose is to use biology to better the world. We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial professional to lead regional marketing efforts in the Animal Biosolution area and support cross-functional teams to meet growth and customer needs.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By
  • Support Animal Biosolution commercial team to deliver growth ambitions related to revenue, margin, profit, and cost
  • Drive regional growth strategy and bridge the strategy between regional sales and global BU
  • Manage projects from insight development, idea generation to final implementation, ensuring offerings meet customer needs; monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to refine mitigation plans
  • Support key accounts to build and execute long-term engagement plans and develop/value propositions tailored to customer needs
  • Organize and execute promotional campaigns, industrial and customer events; contribute to cross-regional or cross-functional projects
  • Collaborate with Sales Leader, Regional IGM/IGN team, Regional and Global marketing teams and AR stakeholders
To Succeed You Must Hold
  • A Master or bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or a technical field (e.g., B.Sc./M.Sc. with MBA) as applicable
  • Strong commercial skills and understanding of the Animal Health industry
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing; experience in animal health is preferred
  • Experience in Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, Project Management, Facilitation and Presentations
  • Fluency in English and the local territory language
  • Self-driven, proactive, curious, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Travel required, up to 50% within the assigned territory
