Director for Commercial Properties

Ayala Land Group is looking for a Director for Commercial Properties.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the ff:

  • Champion the company’s mission, values, and EHS standards across all managed properties.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Report regularly to the Management Committee on unit performance and initiatives.
  • Build organizational capability through talent management, employee engagement, training, and development.
  • Mentor and coach Associate Directors and future leaders to ensure effective execution of standards and directives.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and high employee engagement.
  • Define and implement unit strategies, programs, and objectives aligned with company goals.
  • Drive excellence in maintenance programs, facilities operations, customer service, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, ensuring financial viability and contribution to company profitability.
  • Build and maintain professional networks with clients, peers, and industry leaders.
  • Handle special projects and other tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications include but not limited to the ff:

  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. PRC license is required.
  • Has at least 12–15 years of progressive experience in property/facilities management, real estate, or related fields
  • With at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Associate Director, Senior Manager, or equivalent) managing large teams and complex portfolios
  • Proven senior leadership experience in property and facilities management.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in strategy, operations, and financial management.
  • Excellent people management, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Track record of driving innovation, service excellence, and organizational growth.
