Human Resource - Recruitment Assistant Manager at Century Properties Group, Inc.

Core Responsibilities
  • Managing, monitoring and regulating the entire project development process, including all data, issues, risks, and critical path — Feasibility to aide in land acquisition, Business Plan Development/Development Program, Planning, Permits Acquisition and Coordination, Operational (post-launch) Project Monitoring to manage operations.
  • To ensure that projects are planned and executed according to parameters set by management (e.g. concept, costs, profits, timelines, legal compliance, etc.)
