Overview

The Commercial Finance Analyst supports the finance team by assisting in financial reporting, client profitability analysis, and commercial decision-making. This role involves collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights that improve business performance and ensure compliance with financial controls.

What you can expect to do
  • Assist with timesheet reconciliation and time monitoring
  • Support commercial business partnering activities
  • Collaborate with the Associate Commercial Finance Director on client deals, pitch alignments, fee proposals, and commercial development
  • Help drive controls on client commercials and ensure timely follow-up
  • Assess risks for new initiatives, meet deadlines, and manage urgent pitch requests
  • Support implementation and adherence to commercial SOPs
  • Prepare quarterly client-level profitability reports and ad hoc profitability simulations
  • Reconcile resources and project time allocations
  • Monitor and manage client fees and contracts, including reporting
  • Assist with client audits and documentation
  • Provide ad hoc reports as requested by business units or clients
  • Support additional commercial finance initiatives led by the Country Associate Commercial Finance Director

  • Recent graduates or early-career finance professionals (0-2 years experience)
  • Licensed CPA or CPA board passer is a strong advantage but not required
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with strong Excel skills
