As a Customer Support Specialist , you will be responsible for providing high-quality voice-based customer service to resolve inquiries, address complaints, and manage account issues. You’ll interact with customers over the phone to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction. You must have strong verbal communication skills, be empathetic, and possess problem-solving abilities. The role involves detailed documentation of every interaction to maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and address various issues such as billing inquiries, technical problems, or product information. Ensure every customer interaction is professional, courteous, and meets company quality standards. Accurately document interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
