Business Intelligence Analyst As a Business Intelligence Analyst , you will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful business insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making. You’ll partner with consultants and senior leadership to design dashboards, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and support data-driven strategies across projects. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop insights that support business cases, operational improvements, and strategic recommendations. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to business outcomes. Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Zoho or similar tools. Automate recurring reporting processes and develop scalable data solutions for internal use. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work cross-functionally with consultants, analysts, and cross-functional team to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions. Present findings and visualizations in a clear, compelling way to stakeholders across all levels. What We're Looking For Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics. Proficient in data visualization tools i.e. Zoho, Lookerstudio, Tableau. Strong SQL skills and familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R. Advanced Excel and data modeling capabilities.
