WFM Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that enhance performance and drive business outcomes. Your role involves using advanced data analysis techniques and tools to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
Business Requirements Gathering
Collaborate with stakeholders, including leaders and subject matter experts, to understand problem statements, business objectives, challenges, and data-related needsTranslate business requirements into clear and actionable BI project specificationsData Collection and Analysis
Identify and gather relevant data from different sources, both internal and external, ensuring data quality and accuracyAnalyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can address business opportunitiesPerformance Monitoring
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and operationsVisual Presentation
Develop a presentation with enhanced data storytelling to improve understanding of insights for better decision makingPresent findings such as business insights and recommendations to leaders and decision-makersProblem-Solving
Identifying issues and opportunities within the business through data analysis and recommending solutionsCollaboration
Work closely with BI Reporting Analyst and MIS to define project objectives, scope, and success measuresWorking with various departments, such as operations, quality, training and operations, to understand their data needs and provide relevant insightsInnovation
Staying updated with the latest BI tools and technologies to continually improve data analysis and reporting capabilitiesExternal Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field2-3 years of Call Center experience Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, SQL and/or other data visualization toolsIntermediate to advance the management of presentation tools, such as MS Powerpoint and/or Google SlidesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with technical and non-technical teamsGreat analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environmentsIn-depth understanding of organization data flow and its use in management decision-makingMust be a self-motivator and self-starterExperience in developing data driven business solutions that drive business outcomesKnowledge in project management to manage and prioritize tasks effectivelyKnowledge in Banking Operations / Financial Technology / Customer Experience is a plusMust be willing to report onsite and night shift schedule-
