Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is one of the top independent medical examination providers in the United States, supporting insurance carriers, employers, third-party administrators, and legal professionals. With a national network of over 15,000 experienced and credentialed medical examiners, they are recognized for delivering fast, reliable, and personalized service.

As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a Data Entry Associate to join their team. This role plays a vital part in collecting and inputting data from various source of documents into designated computer systems for data management.

This position requires daily onsite work at our BGC Taguig office, aligned with US Eastern Time hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30pm to 5.30am PHT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and enter alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into system databases.
  • Review documents for errors or missing information and resolve or escalate as needed.
  • Verify and validate case data using various websites to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain data accuracy by checking entries against source documents and correcting errors.
  • Follow data security procedures, perform daily backups, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, emailing, proofreading, and other assigned duties.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • Proficient with computers, office equipment (fax, copier, scanner, phone), and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Accurate typist with a minimum speed of 40 WPM.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements.
  • Follows instructions accurately and delivers high-quality, detail-oriented work.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, clarify, and convey information clearly.
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay focused under pressure or distractions.
  • Promotes a positive, team-oriented environment and performs well in high-stress situations.
