Data Entry Associate – AS White Global AS White Global, a leading independent medical examination provider in the United States, is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Associate to support fast, reliable data collection and management. Key Responsibilities Enter alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into designated computer systems. Review documents for errors or missing information and resolve or escalated as needed. Verify and validate case data using various websites to ensure accuracy. Maintain data accuracy by checking entries against source documents and correcting errors. Follow data security procedures, perform daily backups, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, emailing, proofreading, and other assigned duties. Skills and Qualifications High-volume data entry experience and ability to support US-based clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar software; accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM). Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to confidentiality. Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently, manage time well, and thrive under pressure. Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
