In this role, you will provide hands‑on operational and administrative support across multiple SaaS product portfolios. You’ll work closely with product managers to assist with client onboarding, product testing, documentation, and process coordination — ensuring smooth execution across releases and client implementations. Key Responsibilities Support onboarding activities for new clients across multiple SaaS products — including configuration, setup, and coordination with internal teams. Maintain and update product documentation, onboarding materials, and process checklists. Track onboarding progress, follow up on client deliverables, and ensure consistent client experience across products. Assist product managers with portfolio reporting, tracking product usage metrics, and maintaining dashboards. Product Testing & Quality Assurance Conduct functional and regression testing for new features and releases across product lines. Validate reported bugs and confirm fixes against acceptance criteria. Log issues and test outcomes using product management and QA tools (e.g., JIRA, Slack). Partner with product managers and developers to ensure releases meet product and user requirements. Product Operations & Coordination Help coordinate cross‑functional tasks between product, engineering, and customer success teams. Organize and track feature requests, enhancement lists, and feedback from clients. Support the preparation of product release notes, client communications, and internal updates. Assist in managing documentation across multiple product portfolios to ensure version control and consistency. Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS or technology‑driven environment (product support, QA, or operations). Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple teams. Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Asana, or similar. Comfortable handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience supporting multiple SaaS products or modules. Familiarity with software testing practices and tools (manual or automated). Understanding of SaaS delivery models, client onboarding processes, and release cycles.
