Join Metrobank as a Compliance Analyst to support corporate governance and related party transaction compliance under regulatory frameworks. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assist the Compliance Specialist in monitoring compliance with BSP, PSE, and SEC rules on corporate governance and related party transactions. Support updating the Bank’s Corporate Governance Manual for Board approval. Assist in periodic review of Corporate Governance Manual, RPT policy, and accomplishment reports for BSP-supervised financial subsidiaries and affiliates. Coordinate regulatory requirements and respond to special/ad hoc information requests on related party transactions. Provide administrative support for Committees meetings. Assist in coordination with regulatory agencies such as PSE and SEC, including preparation of communications. Support periodic meetings with BSP-supervised FSAs to discuss compliance issues and share regulatory updates. Help prepare Compliance Evaluation Reports for Related Party Transactions Committees and maintain organized meeting files. Assist in maintaining databases of reviewed RPTs, groupwide RPT masterlist, and approved cross-selling/interlocking positions. Support preparation and reporting of annual performance evaluations of board of directors, committees, and interlocking positions. Assist in preparing reports and materials for various Bank committees as needed. Perform other related functions as assigned.
