Job Description Sales Operations & SystemsLead the enhancement of sales processes, tools, and policies to support best-in-class execution. Manage national sales dashboards and performance reporting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales operations with forecasting, trade marketing, and business planning. Champion digital transformation initiatives within the sales function. Trade Execution & MerchandisingIdentify and address gaps in retail execution, including shelf presence, planogram compliance, and stock availability. Partner with merchandising agencies to ensure consistent and high-quality in-store execution. Analyze shopper and channel insights to inform trade strategies. Provide actionable market feedback to internal stakeholders. Route-to-Market (RTM) StrategyEvaluate and optimize RTM models to meet evolving business and market needs. Monitor distributor performance and ensure compliance with operational standards. Sales Capability DevelopmentDesign and implement training programs for internal sales teams and external partners using adult learning methodologies. Collaborate with HR and training teams to align capability-building initiatives with strategic goals. Maintain and update sales manuals and training content. Measure training effectiveness and ROI through performance metrics and feedback.
