Responsibilities:

  • Oversees implementation of preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of building equipment and facilities.
  • Conducts technical assessments and recommends improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Ensures timely renewal of machinery permits and that all critical equipment is covered under maintenance contracts.
  • Manages availability of spare parts and frequently used materials to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Participates actively in troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of building systems.
  • Develops and implements preventive maintenance schedules based on equipment manuals and operational requirements.
  • Supervises and orients maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with equipment specifications and protocols.
  • Supports and coordinates with subcontractors and ensures quality execution of projects and repairs.
  • Provides technical evaluation of tenant construction plans and ensures compliance with design guidelines and regulatory permits.
  • Conducts regular inspections of tenant fit-outs, ensuring adherence to approved plans and safety standards.
  • Implements and monitors fire and safety procedures; conducts regular checks on safety equipment and fire hazards.
  • Supports the Property Manager in organizing and conducting fire/life safety trainings and seminars.
  • Leads technical team meetings, evaluates staff performance, and enforces compliance with operational policies and procedures.
  • Prepares and submits regular technical reports to the Property Manager and Head Office; coordinates landlord and tenant meetings.
  • Resolves technical issues promptly and ensures high responsiveness to tenant concerns and survey feedback.
  • Identifies and executes improvements in building aesthetics, operational efficiency, and equipment performance.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned to support property operations and client satisfaction.
Educational requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
  • Must have a Professional License in Engineering (Passed the Board Exam)
