Renowned for their accuracy, efficiency, and commitment to compliance, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support their team in maintaining smooth project workflows and high service standards. This position is full time onsite during the probation period and based in BGC, Manila – work hours are 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM Manila time, before transitioning to a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and maintain data within internal and cloud-based systems. Review documentation and application forms for completeness and accuracy. Register new projects and set up related records in line with company procedures. Extract and input relevant information from drawings, plans, and other project documents. Prepare and issue correspondence, notifications, and supporting materials as required. Verify and format documents to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain organized project files and ensure data integrity across systems. Support teams with general administrative tasks and workflow coordination. Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders through internal and external channels. Identify and escalating discrepancies, errors, or issues to the appropriate personnel. Skills, Experience, and Qualification Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative support or data entry roles. High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new digital tools and systems. Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
