As Claims Administration Officer you will provide claims administration services to the Australian claims team. This role delivers an agile, flexible, responsive, and compliant service that supports claims team members, drives growth, and maximises bottom‑line profitability. Key Responsibilities Claim registration Claim allocation and assignment in line with company guidelines Preparation of claim payments as directed Claim reconciliation Emailing payment remittances Spreadsheet maintenance Monitoring the Claims Group email box Assigning and forwarding emails Other data entry Platform adoption emails and follow‑ups Required Skills & Experience Knowledge of the insurance and finance industry and familiarity with the general insurance claims lifecycle and terminology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport and trust with both team members and customers. Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks effectively, demonstrating strong time‑management and organisational diligence. High competency in accurate data entry and professional email correspondence. A genuine motivation and passion for helping others, with the patience and ability to listen actively to resolve complex issues.
