Customer Service Associate — Makati, National Capital Region (CEMEX)
Job description excerpt: Prompt and accurate sales order creation (voice/electronic) in accordance to policies, logistical and operational capacities, and system procedures to ensure an efficient order fulfillment process. Manage customer inquiries and issues to achieve customer satisfaction and support order fulfillment.
- Responsibilities include: logging and following up on complaints, coordinating inquiries and requests, and informing clients about the company’s customer contact tools.
- Ensure complaints are logged, followed up, and closed according to defined SLAs with departments (Logistics, Operations, Commercial, Technical, Procurement).
- Maintain proper customer management following defined call flow parameters to enhance customer relationships.
- Coordinate and execute inquiries, requests, and tasks within defined service levels to exceed expectations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree; willingness to work in Makati; 0-5 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or back office; above-average English and Filipino communication; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
