Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer, located in Iloilo with some work from home flexibility. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include visiting client sites, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and providing training to clients on product usage and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for diagnostic and life science equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment issues at client sites and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Deliver training to customers on product usage and maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain strong customer service and communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
  • Field service and troubleshooting skills
  • Technical support and preventive maintenance skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in Clinical Diagnostics or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
